ANZIIF, which is short for the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance plans to organize a webinar for personal finance management. The institution will host this event to celebrate Money Month in hopes of educating people about the benefits of financial management for the short and long term.

The Te Ara Ahunga Ora Retirement Commission oversees Money Month, an initiative to improve people’s financial well-being. Multiple reports suggest that this year’s event will be focusing on teaching people about important steps that they could take to improve their resilience and financial stability.

Covering Vital Topics Related to Personal Finance

Personal financial management has been a hot topic lately, with people struggling to manage their expenses correctly. ANZIIF’s webinar will try to help people in this area by covering a variety of topics related to personal finance.

Attendees will learn how to create emergency funds, keep track of their expenses, create well thought out financial goals and automate their financial management processes. Learning all of these things is a surefire way to help people spend wisely, saving them money in the process.

ANZIIF’s webinar will take place on August 1st, starting at 2pm and concluding at 3pm New Zealand standard time. The registration process for this event is pretty straightforward as people just need to go to ANZIIF’s website and fill the registration form.

ANZIIF’s Collaboration with IBANZ

The financial management webinar being hosted on August will be a collaborative effort of ANZIIF and IBANZ, aka the Insurance Brokers Association of New Zealand. These institutions have taken multiple steps to promote financial well-being over the years, hosting webinars and other types of events to educate people.

They believe that building financial discipline is a must for people who want to manage their money properly. Unfortunately, however, a lot of people do not have the financial literacy needed for that. This is where the webinars hosted by the New Zealand based institutions can help people, making sure that they know how to save their money the right way and invest for their future.

August’s webinar will not only teach people about the basic principles they will need to follow in order to manage their money properly, but it will also provide them with advanced tips that could help them save and invest their money wisely.

Taking the Right Initiatives

While the main focus of August’s webinar will be personal financial management, ANZIIF also plans to spread awareness about preparedness in case of an IT outage. Instances like these can make people feel helpless if they do not know what to do and the organization intends to combat such problems by highlighting what they should do in such situations.
